Questions about pricing

What does GBBS Certified mean?

Your property has passed an internal audit confirming that your bed bug management programme meets the GBBS standard. Every check, observation, and event is recorded in a tamper-proof evidence chain. You can prove your diligence to guests, insurers, and legal counsel.

What does GBBS Certified & Verified mean?

Everything in GBBS Certified, plus your programme has been independently audited by an accredited third-party auditor. This is the highest level of assurance – verification that doesn’t come from you, it comes from an independent authority.

How long does it take to get certified?

That depends on your property size and how quickly your team completes the training. Most properties are operational within weeks. Staff complete certification through our LMS platform at their own pace.

What happens if we fail an audit?

You receive a detailed report with findings and observations. Address them, and the audit can be completed. GBBS is designed to help you reach compliance, not catch you out.

Do we need to certify all staff?

Every staff member who performs checks or records events needs certification at their operational level. Front desk, engineering, housekeeping, and management each have their own level and training path.

What if we have multiple properties?

Talk to us about Enterprise. We support multi-property rollout with cross-property reporting and dedicated onboarding.

Can GBBS integrate with our property management system?

Enterprise includes API access for PMS integration. We work with your existing systems rather than replacing them.

How is the evidence stored?

Every record is written to a cryptographic ledger that cannot be altered after the fact. Each entry is timestamped, hashed, and linked to the previous entry. The chain can be independently verified at any time.

What does “Get Pricing” mean? Why no prices on the page?

Every property is different – room count, number of staff, number of properties. We tailor pricing to your operation so you pay for what you need.

Can we cancel?

Yes. But your evidence chain remains intact and verifiable even after cancellation. The records belong to your compliance history, not to an active subscription.
