Your property has passed an internal audit confirming that your bed bug management programme meets the GBBS standard. Every check, observation, and event is recorded in a tamper-proof evidence chain. You can prove your diligence to guests, insurers, and legal counsel.

Everything in GBBS Certified, plus your programme has been independently audited by an accredited third-party auditor. This is the highest level of assurance – verification that doesn’t come from you, it comes from an independent authority.

That depends on your property size and how quickly your team completes the training. Most properties are operational within weeks. Staff complete certification through our LMS platform at their own pace.
